Terms of sale together with your order, confirmed through an order confirmation, constitute the contract basis for the purchase. Terms of sale and other information at www.raatemusic.com are available in english.

In order to deal with www.raatemusic.com you must be 18 years of age.

Where these terms of sale require written requirements, this is the fulfillment of the use of e-mail, SMS, letter or the like.

“Seller” is hereinafter referred to as “we”, “us” or “Seller”. Buyer is: the person who has the task of purchasing in the order and is hereinafter referred to as “you”, “you”, “your” or “your”.

3. Your order

Deviations between your order and the order confirmation are considered a new offer from us, which you can accept or reject. If you have ordered more than one product, you may receive it in separate shipments.

We reserve the right to cancel your order or part thereof, the new product is sold out. In the case of sales situations, you will be notified of this, possibly together with information about what we can offer instead. You will have the opportunity to receive our new offer with the changes we want in relation to your order, or canceled orders. Furthermore, reservations are made regarding cancellation of orders intended for resale.

4. Payment

All prices are available VAT. The order list will include all expenses including some such as postage, shipping, packaging etc.

You can choose a form of payment between the payment methods we offer in the purchase process. To minimize the risk of unauthorized access, your debit card information is encrypted. Once we receive your order, we will require a reservation on your payment method to have the existing Temporary to purchase merchants and complete transactions. 5. Delivery and delay

If delivery of the products is delayed, we will provide you with information as soon as we have knowledge of it, together with information on, and possibly when, delivery can occur, or if the product (s) are sold out. We give you the choice of maintaining the order, setting a new delivery date or canceling the order with a refund of the amount paid.

If you have ordered more than one product, you may receive the products in separate shipments.

6. Complaint

After receiving the products, we recommend that you check as soon as possible whether the delivery complies with the order confirmation, whether the products have been damaged during shipment, or if the products are otherwise defective or missing.

If the products have defects or defects, you may, according to the circumstances, demand rectification of the defect, delivery, price reduction, compensation or the cancellation of the purchase. The seller may require repair of the item if it is impossible to obtain a new one, for example if the item is no longer manufactured or that it incurs an unreasonable cost. Notice of errors and defects in the products can be transmitted to us orally or in writing. This must happen within a reasonable time after you discover the error or defect. However, you always have at least two months’ notice period. For evidence, we recommend that the complaint be sent to us in writing. The right to advertise applies for two years after you take over the product, or five years if the product is intended to last substantially more than two years. Complaints must be directed to the seller of the relevant product.

7. Right of withdrawal

The right of withdrawal gives you the right to undo your purchase. The right of withdrawal applies to goods and to certain services. The right of cancellation assumes that within 14 days of receiving the delivery, you tell the seller that you want to use the right of withdrawal, primarily by using the received right of withdrawal, or in writing by letter, e-mail, SMS with reference to the order number.

If you have not received a cancellation form either in the order confirmation or upon delivery of the products, this deadline is extended to twelve months after the goods have been received.

In order for the right of withdrawal to be enforced, the product must be delivered to us in approximately the same quantity and condition as you received it. All products must be returned to the seller within a reasonable time. Any return shipping must be paid by you.

Seller is obliged to repay what you have paid, including postage for shipping, handling fees, customs duties, collection fees, etc. Refunds must be made within fourteen days of the seller receiving the product from you or the delivery note or the product being made available to the seller.

The product is returned to us (with tracking number), if possible in the original packaging, together with the withdrawal form (which is enclosed with the order confirmation you received by email). The form can be downloaded here.

8. Disputes

He parties shall endeavor to resolve any disputes in amicable terms. If this fails, you can bring the matter to the Consumer Council near where you live. Part of the case is Seller, ie Raatemusic.
